Our Leadership Team

The Association of Membership Medicine Professionals (AMMP) was established by a founding board of directors drawn from across the evolving field of membership-based care. This group represents physicians, industry leaders, and innovators who have been directly involved in developing, operating, and supporting membership medicine models across the United States. As the organization’s charter leadership, the board’s role during the formative years is to help define professional standards, guide early initiatives, and build the collaborative infrastructure needed to support this growing field. Their collective experience reflects the diversity of approaches within membership medicine and a shared commitment to strengthening patient relationships, physician sustainability, and the long-term advancement of the profession.
